Karan: I booked a ticket for the movie Logan last Sunday but I did not watch the movie. So, I want a refund of my ticket.

PVR manager: Did you book via the app or you gave a call?

Karan: Via the app.

PVR manager: Could you please tell me how many tickets you booked?

Karan: I booked 5 tickets.

PVR manager: You must have received a text after booking.

Karan: Yes.

PVR manager: Could I just have a look at that text?

Karan: Sure, Sir.

PVR manager: You will not get the complete refund. The tax will be deducted from the amount.

Karan: No worries. Could you please tell me the amount which I will get?

PVR manager: you will get a refund of 1200/-.

Karan: No problem.

PVR manager: You will get money in your account within 3-4 working days.

Karan: Okay, thank you very much.

PVR manager: Welcome, Sir.
